March Board of Directors Meeting

The Southside Public Water Authority will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, at 1401 Batesville Blvd. The agenda includes: review of minutes, old and new business, approval of water and wastewater bills, legal report with the authority attorney John Pettie, and manager’s reports with Scott Williams. The board will also consider the water and wastewater financial reports, and the system total reports for the month of February.

Also on the agenda, the Board of Directors will consider a by-law amendment to repeal the provision of Article II requiring an annual meeting each February.  Election of Directors and all other business that would be undertaken at the Annual Meeting will instead be taken up at the regular February meeting each year. The Board will also consider amending the start time of all future meetings to begin at 6:00 p.m. instead of 6:30 p.m.
